THE EXCHANGE AT BERWICK (Savannah, Georgia) The Exchange at Berwick is an 84-acre mixed use commercial component of the 1900-acre Berwick Plantation residential development being master developed by International Paper Realty (IPR). RealtiCorp is serving as a joint venture partner with IPR on this development.
BROOKSIDE (Alpharetta, Georgia) Brookside is a 204 acre tract with over 6,500 feet of frontage located on Old Milton Parkway, just east of GA 400. The property was zoned for 2.5 million square feet of office space and approximately 14 acres of commercial.
HORIZON CITY CENTER (Aurora, Colorado) Horizon City Center consists of 503 acres of the southwest corner of I-70 and E-470 in Aurora, Colorado.
NORTHLITE (Kannapolis, North Carolina) Northlite is a 100-acre development at the southwest quadrant of I-85 and Earnhardt Boulevard in Cabarrus County, North Carolina.   The site features a 130,000 SF Sam's Club, a 225,000 SF Wal-Mart Super Center, 223,300 SF shopping center, 7,485 SF of fast food restaurants, 48,089 SF of casual dining restaurants, an 82 room hotel, a 12 screen movie theatre, a bank and gas station.
